This is a knock of Grohmann's knife that has been around for more than half a century. I have both. The funky shape may throw you off at first, until you use it. I bought this version first to see if I liked the design, which I did. That gave me the confidence to spend the money and order a Grohmann with the antler handles. I'm usually anti-knock off when it comes to products. This knife is a lightweight blade perfect for stashing in a pack or somewhere you don't want to keep a more expensive knife. But it is not in the same league as the Grohmann. The design is super ergonomic and it is very comfortable to use when cleaning several animals in a row. The Grohmann is a far better knife with better steel, it looks nicer, is available with more handle options, and it comes with a better sheath. But if you are not sure about the design, go with this one first. You will probably end up buying a Grohmann in the end.
