CIVIVI knows how to get the full bang for their manufacturing $. this knife is exactly like the Ortis except the handle shape is a bit different and has G10 instead of FRN.
Light, comfortable, great lanyard hole, perfect lockup and that forward choil is actually big enough to use (for most guys). I love a nice hollow grind and CIVIVI did a bang up job with this one.
A great size, razor sharp blade, easy fast deployment, awesome Bowie blade style, nice g10 grippy scales, lightweight, great detent, good centering overall. Only complaint would be lack of gimping on back of blade spine. Other than that, a true home run! Love Civivi!
I received it yesterday, so nice! Light, comfortable, razor sharp, great action, centering is pretty good, solid 50% liner lockup., good deep pocket clip. Only complaint would be I wish it had gimping on back part of spine of blade. Other than that, perfect! Love the Bowie style blade also.
