For a smaller knife this is pretty sweet, great ergos action was a little stiff out of the box gets better with usage. Processed veggies for Dutch oven spaghetti worked great shallots, fresh mushrooms, orange red and yellow bell peppers. I did use another blade for the red onion. Strop it up sharp again. Very impressive. White Mountain as always ships faaast!

When I first received the knife it was smaller than I thought it would be. Well, this has turned out to be one of my favorites and it's the least expensive. Sharp Nitro V blade, perfect centering and great action from the studs and flipper. I like the color also. Fun knife to fidget with.
