I've owned two variants of the Critical Mini. This being my third now. This is my favorite, by far. The detent is spot-on for reverse finger flipping, and also the best for thumb flipping , too. 154CM is a steel I prefer over the other variants. The price is the icing on the delicious cake.

So this is not a long term review….more of a 1st and 2nd impression. Full disclosure I love wharncliffe and sheepsfoot style blades. I have the Kizer Horn, Towser K, and Lieb (wife). The blade shape, handle fit, size, and color scheme are perfect in my opinion. It feels light but strong and secure…Smooth and has a nice edge. I did break it down and “re-lube” as I tend to do with all my new knives and things got even better. Its probably the easiest tool I have taken apart and reassembled. As always WMK is great service and has fast delivery. I am considering buying another or asking for a gift just so i am never without one.
