I have almost all the other k390 Seki models. I'll take any of the k390 models. If I could only have one though, it would be the Stretch 2. I love the thinness of the Delica but never really liked the way the wharncliffe spine curves. I recently saw someone straight grind the spine sort of like a yojimbo so I think I'll probably do the same. In hand though I don't dislike it as much as I thought though.

I own like 80 high end knives.. this configuration Delica is one of my favorites with this steel… it feels great in hand… put a lynch or mxg clip and you’re golden
