This knife definitely breaks away from the two common styles in my collection, tactical and EDC. It was a welcome change. The up-swept Persian blade styling, combined with the down-swept handle, not only make a unique looking knife, but also a comfortable one that folds to a rather narrow footprint. The materials are top notch. The action is fantastic. It's so smooth the blade falls shut, effortlessly. So, mind your fingers when closing. The CF & titanium scales make the knife feel light for it's large size. The titanium scale has been heavily milled on the inside, and sports a replaceable steel lockbar face. Blade centering is perfect. My only complaint is that the knife pivot shipped a little too tight from the factory. Normally, that's not an issue, and the action was still a rocket, but I could easily feel the bearings rolling. ZT used an absurd amount of permanent loctite, which required a creative solution to defeat. The knife is perfect now, but the pivot was so tight, the bearings peened raceways in the steel washers that protect the scales. It's only annoying because I know about it, and doesn't actually cause any issues. Just not what your expect on a knife in this price bracket. I definitely recommend it if you like the Persian style.
