As the subject says, this is an absolutely phenomenal knife! The detent is a little light, but the action is extremely smooth both opening and closing. My blade was perfectly centered and had no imperfections, and was very sharp out of the box. The texture of the G10 makes for good gripping, and the overall shape of the handle is very comfortable...I actually have no hot spots. It is only D2 and, for some, the price might seem excessive for that--but D2 is a great performance steel (and the coating on this model will help with corrosion resistance). If D2 doesn't bother you, I highly recommend this knife.
