Great action, great ergos, 4 deployment options, great blade steel, the size the Cormorant shoulda been all along! Makes a kinda weird twang noise when flipping shut, but action is spectacular!

Hallelujah Brother! Here we have solid proof that prayers are answered. I have one if the standard Cormorant knives with Micarta handle scales. Great little knife. Yup…great. Yup…little. I have XXL hands and the standard Cormorant feels on the small side to me. The XL? It’s PERFECT! On paper it doesn’t seem like much but in the hand it makes all the difference. This one comes with 3V blade steel and while I’d actually prefer the original steel this is fine…extremely tough, moderate corrosion resistance, less easily sharpened, etc. Similar to D2. It’s fine. Beautifully made with exceptional smoothness. Basically…it’s wonderful. Of my nearly a dozen CIVIVI and KIZER folders…this is my favorite. As always, exceptional service.
