Nice button lock, good snappy action. Thumb stud in the right place for great finger flicking fun. I like the size and shape of the blade. The stonewash blade finish prevents any fingerprints.

I have the Cogent and wanted to check this out after a couple reviews i saw. Another amazing buttonlock from Civivi. The reverse flick is amazing, pretty sure anyone could do it even if they have issues usually, but that being said the “detent” if you will, is super crisp and it snaps out like crazy and is super satisfying. The button lock has no stick like my Cogent had a tiny bit…but is still very stout lock up and super tight plunge tolerance creating a great sturdy lock up. Button locks, axis locks, and cage/compression are all favorites of mine for ease of use when working one handed. And this button lock just adds to the extra fidget factor and action. The blade finish on this is one of my favorites i have ever seen. And the ergos for a smaller knife blade are very nice because the handle is still basically full size handle. I have larger hands as well. WMK got it to me very quickly and being in the NE region as well i like to support them when possible. I have this, the cogent and elementum Demascus. Only complaint is i wish they offered more scale colors in either G10 or especially Micarta with this beautiful blade finish.
