A very nice knife overall, good ergos and great micarta! Good action. I like it better than the Cogent. My only gripe is the Damascus blade has some machining marks, light and dark areas that bug me a bit. Coulda/shoulda done better than that.

Love the size of this knife and the drop point is one of my favorites. The action is very smooth and snappy. Had a tiny bit of lock stick out of the box but is breaking in nicely. No blade play what so ever. Came razor sharp out of the box with a mirror finish on the edge. The handles are very dark and I'm sure will darken over time, which is great as the knife would look even better with black scales. The Damascus blade has a nice finish that is slightly textured. The blade is quite heavy and as a result the action is not as quick as my Cogent. It's hard to fail with the flipper tab but it can be done. The detent is fairly heavy but with the large heavy blade you can sling the blade past the detent with severe enough force.
Overall I'm very pleased with the knife and the service I received from WMK was great.
The only complaint I have is the clip is a little flimsy and a little to long. But I can live with it or probably locate an after market clip that I like. Civivi has really mastered the button lock and I would recommend any of their button lock folders.
