I'd been EDCing a Spyderco Karahawk since it was first introduced. I wasn't looking for a replacement, so much as a lightweight alternative for shorts/casual wear. This fit the bill.... and top of that, I can fidget with it when I'm bored! Do I trust it as much as my Karahawk - no way, but I have no doubts that it will serve its purpose if called upon. The design is very attractive to me. The clip also came configured the PROPER way for righties - tip down blade forward for right pocket carry. This has found a regular spot in my EDC rotation of waved k-bits and I'll almost definitely pick up at least one more variant before they're discontinued. I've owned just about every waved k-bit ever made, and this one qualifies as a top 5 for me (overall rating) - so that should tell you something.

My knife came set up for left handed carry. Looks like they did that because the right handed threads were stripped. Good knife buy I would not order again.
