It has titanium scales on top of stainless steel liners not just titanium

This is a great little knife for the price. No button stick, very smooth action, good fit and finish, easy to take apart and reassemble.
This is not a full titanium frame (which makes sense at this price point) but has titanium scales over skeletonized steel liners. I threw a lightning ano on mine and it gives a very striking look.
The blade is sharp and centered and the clip slides in and out easily but still holds a denim pocket well.
