This unit is a good buy. The quality of the blade is very good. The handle material is functional and eclectic/classic. This is a big man knife. When opened this piece becomes a one handed sword (seemingly) . After repeated opening and closing several times the detente has become more comfortable. with a wrist flick and thumb assist she opens up beautifully. Initially it took me two hands to open it comfortably. The blade is very sharp right out the box, however I recommend strapping when you receive to fully realize the blade potential. The liner lock locks in at 80% making it very sturdy with no wiggle to the blade. Overall, this is s great buy.
