Cold Steel have a reputation for making solid sharp knives, and this is no exception. It is small (obviously) but the sub-hilt ensures it's fairly secure in your hand, and the blade has a nice belly for cutting.
I recommend this if you're looking for a neck knife, and White Mountain Knives have always provided excellent service when I've ordered from them.
