This model hasn't received as much attention as some of the other Kansept knives, perhaps because of its blade shape. I would have been just as happy without the harpoon tip on the blade, but it does make a good spot for a forefinger to rest when doing fine work. I tried a micarta version of the Egress, and it didn't seem as solid as this G10 model. The ergos on this are quite good as is the action. Considering the S35VN blade, the full-size handle and the price, this is a knife that I would buy again.
