I ordered the mini-growler in bronze and blackwash this week and received an email from Justin the next day letting me know that the knife was out of stock. Instead of offering me a different model at the same price, he offered me an upgraded model on his dime...this all happened on Monday and I already got it in the mail. Wow! Great customer service, and the knife is awesome also. Thanks Justin!!
