First off thanks to WMK for such fast shipping! Always get the best service from Justin! The Deka was better than I anticipated. Perfectly centered, solid lock up, and the action is so smooth. The build quality it top notch. Hogue has come a long way on quality. Their quality has always been great but the recent Hogue knives I have had are amazing. This thing is a razor. I love the all black finish too. Yes it’s got a lot of screws on it but geez it’s solid. Absolutely love this knife. And for such a slim and lightweight knife it’s actually fun and easy to fidget with. If you are thinking about a Deka just pull the trigger and get one from SMK.

Much better material and quality than any Benchmade knives in similar price range. G-10 is premium grade, not plasticky. Very difficult to find any negatives on this knife. This all black tanto model is particularly eye pleasing.
