First off, hogue knives always come stupid sharp out of the box, easily sharper than any other brand I've purchased, and this one is no exception. The knife is a lot slimmer in the hand than it looks in the pictures, and the handle is very comfortable in the hand. It has a good soft contour without anything to bite into your hand during use, but has enough grip texturing to keep it secure. This is also the nicest polymer handle I have encountered, it feels more premium than other polymer handles knives I own. I like the polymer because it is less prone to show scratches and marks from use. I can't think of anything I don't like about this knife., Looks nice, feels knives, super sharp out of the box, premium blade steel, and fit and finish is top notch.
