I really like this knife, the size is that sweet spot at about 8 inches overall, big enough for most cutting tasks and defensive if need be, but not too big to scare your coworkers at the office. The blade is leaf shaped full flat grind, Spyderco like, so slices very well. I particularly like the forward grip with thumb and index finger on the forward choele. A really nicely milled titanium clip is unobtrusive in hand. The stone wash on the blade is beautiful and, with the black and jade, the color combo is a winner. And, as front flippers go, this one is well designed and easy to use. This knife is a winner for sure!

Kind of a radical design to me, so wasn't sure if I was going to like it in person. I really like, a lot. Very comfortable in hand. The blade shape is great for all my EDC needs. Wish there was jimping for the thumb, but all else is top notch.

The materials are great as with practically all Kansept knives I've received. However, this model doesn't seem to have a detent that's well tuned for any opening method. The knife also seemed a little heavy even though the actual weight isn't that much. Some will probably like the extra "solid" feel of the knife, but I didn't. The forward position with a finger in the blade choil is very comfortable and with the thumb on top really locks you in for fine work. Basically, I think it's a fine knife - just not for me.
