Better put you big boy pants on if you're going to carry this one. Very impressed lately with KIZER. It takes considerable effort to design & bring to market a piece this ginormous. The build quality is spot on including centering of the blade, fantastic detent & action, very well done G-10, decent steel (CPM154 would be desired) & nice factory edge. Certainly one of the most fun knives I have. Has been exceptional for food prep around camp & is obviously a top shelf slicer. Your imagination about the size will have a reality check when you flip the mother open.... Many think this thing is ridiculous & they are absolutely right.....for me that's in a good way. It is much more useful than expected once you get past the shock value...lol

This knife is not for the faint of heart...lol. If you've watched the videos of this thing you know it borderlines on pure crazy but that's really what makes it awesome. The build quality & execution of a knife this size had to be a bit of a challenge at this price point. It is comfy in hand & is very useful around camp for all my food prep or slicing needs. I have also processed racks of ribs with ease. It is as solid as a Sherman Tank and surprisingly not that hard to carry. I'll admit I ordered it just as a cool part of my collection but have found it very useful for many task. Also the shock factor when you whip this thing out is freakin' hilarious. If you've been thinking of adding a BEAST knife to your stable...this is an excellent choice. Perfectly centered, razor sharp, decent steel, very nice textured G-10, strong detent & lock up. You really can't go wrong with this giant.

This barely qualifies as an EDC as it is heavy and large but man is it nice. I have been carrying this for a week and the clip placement could be better but its positioned the safest way. Came very sharp. This is a tough item to get as only a few folks sell it but well worth it at the price. Action is smooth and sharp, not scary fast (scares some guys I know - yes that sounds sad) but sharp. Be nice if they made a mid-sized one like the XL and the mini. The folks at White Mountain Knives handled my delivery delay (because of supply) very well and I will use them again with my needs.

I just bought 2 of these knives and was surprised by the quality of them. I also would recommend them if you like a big pocket knife.
