Let's just cut right to it. It has a couple of quirks. For instance, the hideaway pocket clip doesn't have a "tooth" at the beginning of the pocket clip, like almost all sculpted clips do. It would be a nice addition and make me feel better about retention in the pocket. Having said that, I've had no issues with it sitting securely in place.
The pull is fairly light, and with a dab of lubricant, it can be pulled to the open position almost immediately. In closing, the half-stop seems to actually perform some work.
The grind of my particular blade is off by just a hair, and gives the illusion that the blade is just barely off-center, while it isn't.
The blade is absolutely beautiful and functional. It's a little on the thick side, but it's probably that way to allow for the handle to be machined the way it is. And speaking of the machining, there is a tiny, tiny hiccup inside the handle that looks like a machine cut either begins or stops at that site. I could be wrong and it could be intentional, but I have no other example to compare mine to.
What else? Handle material. I chose titanium because it has a 50% higher "springiness" than steel. In contrast, aluminum doesn't make a great spring, though it can be done. As such, I just wanted to ensure more longevity, and titanium was my pick as a result.
For the money, I am absolutely not disappointed.
