    Great Reviewer Begets Great Knife!!!!

Posted by Mike H on 22nd Feb 2024

LTK has always been my favorite online knife reviewer because he knows his stuff and his taste almost always lines up with my own. No surprise that his first foray into knife design and production also aligns perfectly with my taste and preferences. Choosing WE for the manufacturer was a solid move, as well. This knife is very high quality and functions superbly in all respects. It was a good choice to forego making a "display case queen" because this is a knife that is very well suited for EDC use. I look forward to LTK's next offering. Well done!!

    Great Workhorse

I really like this knife. It’s designed by someone who knows what kind of features you need on a knife to make it both form and functionally useful. The action on mine is perfect.( for some the detent may be a tad light, but for what I need/like it’s done perfectly) Multiple deployment options. I can snap it open in an upside down flick gravity style. Use the button lock. Use the flipper or I can index finger flick the fuller to get it to snap open. I like that in a knife when I’m hands full and struggling with other knives to get them open. For my hand and the way I hold a knife there are zero hotspots. The scales have some machining in them to provide a good grip… even slick with fluid. It’s never faltered yet in that regard. Never slipped down on it… which has happened to me in the past with other knives. I take it to work with me daily along with my 21 Sebenza and truly use it heavily several times a day. Probably grab it more than my Sebenza at this point. The blade… for me… is the perfect length for either an EDC or a working knife. I’ve been carrying it outside of work as well. The blade is 20CV… which is a great steel for what I need. (Honestly, If you truly need a knife for serious heavy chopping or some other very hard use get a ZT308 or something like that-I carry a fixed blade for those purposes) Heck, WE Knives makes it! They make great knives. You can’t go wrong with them. They make quality pieces. ( I have a large collection of the brand and honestly never had one run bad) I just had to get used to the button lock, and once I did I couldn’t stop fidgeting with it.
I truly like this knife and I’m happy with my purchase and the price point. WMK’s got it to me really quick as usual. If they have it in stock… in my experience, you get it quick. No matter how big or small your order is. Plus- The discount really puts it in the legitimate price range as well. If you want a good utility/EDC knife with a good steel and a great manufacturer… get this knife. I’m thinking of buying another one to be honest in case I leave mine behind at work.
    Hope this helps.

Fantastic, fidgety knife, with plenty of heft and gravitas. Really well built, tough as hell, and great looking too!

This is an unsung hero & a hidden gem

If you want a solid Buttonlock knife that works with multiple deployment methods, then I recommend this knife. It’s a great full sized knife that I think you’ll love and enjoy using. This is a great knife because it deploys so well, locks up solidly, closes so smoothly. It’s nicely chamfered with no hotspots.
