    Mero

The Mero really rates about 4.5 stars. This is a very good knife for the price and could be a five-star knife if the relief on the lock bar was internal and the pocket clip had a smooth landing position to avoid pocket wear. The action is excellent, and I appreciate how slim it is in the pocket. Definitely recommended!

    Excellent quality

This is the first budget knife that I have purchased from this brand, and it did not disappoint! The build quality is fantastic. There are two things that stop it getting a 5 star from me, and both of those relate to the pocket clip.
The first grumble is that this knife carries pretty shallow, and I recognize that for many people that isn’t a big deal. The second is that the clip rides on the textured of the scale, and that is going to cause some wear and tear on the pocket.
If Miguron could at least smooth the texturing to prevent that wear, it would be a significant improvement.

With the grumbling out of the way, this pocket knife has superb action. The fuller gives decent purchase to allow the middle finger flick. The detent is tuned perfectly for the middle finger flick or the front-flip.
The knife is solid and exhibits no blade play in any direction, no detent lash, and the close is smooth and controlled. I could probably tune it a little to make it fall shut, but I like how it is right now.
The texturing on the scale gives plenty of grip, the lock bar access is good, and the contouring is very nice indeed. The scales give a comfortable experience and the choke up feels pretty natural.
The blade grind does have a pretty aggressive hollow and comes down to a nice edge. The choil is generous and works well for my “large” hand.
About the only improvement to the blade that would make sense to me, is if they turned the fuller into a hole. It is possible to fumble the fuller and this would be less likely if it was an actual hole.

All in all, I think this is well worth the price.
