Doesn’t have the satisfying snap and lock in the sheath that other Mora knives do. But perhaps it’s the difference in the full-tang construction and weight. This knife is a solid chonk of steel with an impressive edge. The weight is substantial compared to its lighter-weight counterpart, the Kansbol. But it’s also much tougher. So far, the sheath lock/fit is the only difference I’ve noticed in the fit and finish. The full tang Blade with the signature mora grip feels solid and capable. Don’t have to be dainty with it. This is the most I’ve ever spent on a Mora product, and it’s the most I’ve ever gotten for it. It shouldn’t disappoint you; if the sheath retention isn’t enough because you want to be able to sling your knife holding only the sheath without the knife coming out, then maybe find a custom sheath...
