It's not easy finding a decent knife with a wharncliffe blade at this price point, but this one fits the bill. It's hair-shaving sharp out of the box, the micarta is nice, it has a deep pocket clip, the blade is centered well and doesn't jiggle.
Now for some cons:
* The clip can only be flipped left or right; you can't have it near the hinge which is how I like it.
*the action isn't 'ball bearing smooth' but it's got a nice flick to it. I might just need to clean and lube it up a bit.

Overall this is a fantastic knife for what I paid ($25 on sale), and I could see paying quite a bit more for it.
