I have the regular bottom flipper model and really like its slim, lightweight features. This top flipper model has the same features but would be easier to open if the knife was a bit taller and thicker. Still, at the sale price and with the M390 blade this was a great closeout deal. I believe this model is discontinued but can still be found elsewhere at a higher price.
