White Mountain Knives makes it easy for you to return a product that you’re unhappy with. We will cover the cost of 5 returns within a 12 month period. Products must be returned within 60 days of initial purchase. We will provide a prepaid label (at request).  Returned items must arrive in unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued for the item’s purchased price, or an exchange for an item of equal value. Please allow up to 4 days for returns processing. 

*We reserve the right to discontinue free returns at any time with customers who have a pattern of excessive returns.

*Limit of one free return/exchange per order. 

*There will be a limit of 5 Free Returns per customer in a 12 month time period. After you reach 5 returns there will be a restocking fee of 10% plus the cost of the original shipping, return shipping and card processing fees will be subtracted from the refund amount. 

*If an item is returned in poor or used condition, it will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.

*Do not attach shipping label directly to the manufacturer's packaging.

*Items purchased from the "Returns/Open Box" category cannot be returned. All sales are final from this category. 

*Free returns are for the USA only.
