The Astor is a solid folding knife in the perfect size for me and made of great materials. Unfortunately, closing it is inconvenient due to insufficiently exposed linerlock. In my knife, the left side of the blade is very poorly made - there are visible traces of rough machining and the grind lines are blurry.

Excellent knife at a great price. I've been wanting a Les George design and when this became available, at an affordable price, I jumped on it. Love the steel, the ergonomics of the handle and the overall sturdiness of the knife. Customer service (price, shipping, responses) has been top notch.

This is one helluva knife. Made in Taiwan with grippy but not aggressive G10 scales, the blade made from CTS XHP is a first for me. The blade comes in at 3.5 inches and is just slightly aggressive looking but in a good way. I can get a good four finger grip on it and At a little over 5 ounces it is quite manageable. The reason I only gave it four stars is the sharpness could have been a little better.

The best edc pocket knife in the affordable to most price range hands down in my opinion. Came scary sharp out of the box. Fit and finish is perfect, ergonomically this knife is a joy to handle. CTS XHP for this price on a knife this well built makes this a outstanding user and not just a display piece. This is a taking care of business, I can take punishment and still look good knife. Best money I have spent on a folder.
