Very good user knife. Light, grippy, comfortable, razor thin behind the edge and veeeery sharp.
I haven't had a big issue with the liner lock access or the partially blocked hole, but then I don't spend a lot of time figdeting with this one.
Only complaints: As others have repeatedly said, the sharpening choil is off and there's an ever so slight recurve in the edge there. Also the detent is super light. Doesn't seem to be a problem, but I can see how it would be in some circumstances, like putting it in your pocket backwards.

Would be a phenomenal knife but it fall short on the crappy execution of the liner lock. Spyderco‘s are known for being able to open and close with one hand. This knife requires two hands to close. The access to the liner lock is very difficult doing it with one hand. It can be done but after a few opening and closing your thumb really starts to hurt you. The way it’s designed it’s meant to be closed with two hands.
Jumped at the chance to get this. I had thought it discontinued. I have had it for just a week. Great hard use knife. Spyderco does well with M4 steel. Comfortable ergos. Really have only two minor complaints. First is the lock bar is extremely stiff, I expect that to break in. Second, access to the Spydie hole is limited by the frame. Great knife well worth the price.
