I am a fan of Steel Will. I have both higher end Italian models and the budget Chinese D2 models. I have not been disappointed before. Steel Will action has been excellent. And I have come to expect excellence from them. I liked the looks of the Intrigue immediately and when I got her in hand, she was even more aesthetically pleasing; dark blue FRN with red standoffs looks fantastic. I like the sleek overall appearance of the model. My problem is this: the action is terrible. I mean really terrible. Even holding her tip up, so that gravity aids her flipping downward, she has not once deployed fully. It is shameful how bad the action is. I don't get her a single star because she looks great and the price was an incredible value at under $45. Just be advised that you may need a significant amount of wrist action to get her to deploy fully.
