    Awesome Deal!

Posted by Bladeguy on 17th Nov 2023

I’m a serious knife collector and knife forger with over 500 knives and I have found this is the place to look for a great knife!
Another White Mountain exclusive great knife!
Where else can you get a deal like this one?
    Nowhere period!
S35vn steel, Kizer’s famous Micarta, Axis lock bar, light weight power house of a knife!
White Mountain Knives are the best of the best knife deals around!
Once again Justin knocks it out of the part!

Kizer Drop Bear Pocket Knife Red Micarta Handle

Posted by Stephen Elam on 14th Nov 2023

Huge fan of Kizer pocketknives, especially the Azo Drop Bear series.
This one was part of an exclusive deal from White Mountain. Spend $250 of other Kizer knives and get this one free. Jumped right on that deal. Bought the Kizer Ti'an Folding Knife Gray Titanium and the
Kizer Coniferous Folding Knife Black Titanium/Micarta Handle knives. Could not be happier with all three.
Love the shape and hand feel of the Drop Bear series. Functional and sharp blades, fast action and the axis lock system is smooth and crisp.

    Love It, But . . .

The action on this little knife is really excellent. It's well designed and lightweight, too. My only quibble is that it didn't arrive at its sharpest, which surprised me since it's S35VN and Kizer.

Kizer Drop Bear red micarta frag

Received knife had a noticeable click on withdrawal of the blade. Spring adjustment or replacement did not resolve the audible click problem. On closer inspection I determined the sound was caused by the axis-lock bar hitting against the steel liners. The only fix would be new liners or possibly a complete replacement knife. Enough said! Beautiful knife otherwise.
