First let me say that I am a sucker for harpoon blade shapes, and titanium. This knife really delivers for me for those reasons, but also for the beautiful lines and form. The weight is perfect in the hand. The futuristic look is mesmerizing.

The opening methods are very generous. I count four total ways to open; all are very slick. You may figure out more, but I open it by finger hole, front flipper, flipper tab, and by holding the liner button lock button down and flicking it open. Closing is very smooth as well. No need to ride the button down the whole way as one other reviewer has mentioned. As soon as you clear the liner, you can release the button, and give the knife a shake like you are "activating" the drop shut technique to close.

I can understand why this item goes out of stock quickly. It is just a pleasure to fiddle and fidget with. I didn't have too much hope of buying one, but White Mountain Knives alerted me immediately when they came back in stock based on my request to be notified.

So this is the 3rd very expensive knife I have purchased on this website. ALL of them have been spectacular. This one definitely is by far the most epic, beautiful knife Ill EVER own.. The acoustics are incredible and the action is next level. It also is one of my ONLY knives I own that does not feel slippery in my hand when sweaty, the way it fits in your hand is better than any knife I own and I own 40 plus.

Now that I own several KETUO knives I think it's reasonable to note a couple some comparisons: First, KETUO knives are certainly of equivalent quality to those of WE and Maxace Knives, and second, their designs tend to fall between the sometimes-extravagant designs of Maxace and the more mainstream designs of WE. As far as the Griffin is concerned, it's worth noting that the button lock will only allow the blade to fall completely if you maintain strong pressure on the button as it falls. In order by ease-of-use, I find the bottom flipper a bit stiff, the top flipper reasonable (I prefer a rounded spine extension), and the blade hole with a reverse flick the easiest and most satisfying. Jimping on the blade is well done and useful. Ergos are good and the pocket clip works well. The CF inlays are precise with no gaps. Although I would have preferred is a pivot screw with a torx opening, I'm quite satisfied with the Griffin and would recommend it to those who are looking for something a bit different.

Nice build, i like the multiple deployment, also the ergos on this fit my hand well, you can choke up on it due to the style and still have plenty of blade to work with, the button is ultra smooth no issues with that. Also the lockup is solid. Due to it having a button lock its not going to have a real strong detent, but thats okay. The fidget factor on this thing is spectacular. Blade came sharp but quick strop and it was the way i like it. Fit and finish of the knife is awesome, love the little touch of carbon fiber. All in All great knife.
