The Saakshi is an ideal design for EDC. No it’s not the most premium or the most exciting design, but it has it where it counts and all of the design elements make sense. The blade shape is definitely borrowed/adapted from the Ferum Forge Stinger and the handle is similar in shape to the Elementum (although it’s more refined than the Elementum handle). The grind is thin and nice and slicey in 20CV with a great edge and tip geometry for piercing and slicing. The detent is wonderful allowing reverse flick deployments with ease and a solid lockup. The overall package is well made with smooth, dropshut action and comfortable carry. Ergonomics are great too with the contoured scales and rounded liners. It is also very light and easy to carry with the perfect clip tension. If you’re looking for a great EDC knife to actually use, but with some fidget factor, you won’t be disappointed. Buy it! Highly recommend.
