One of my favorite Böker knives! The blade is 440C and holds it's edge well. The blade has a slightly convexed full-height grind, so it cuts and passes through material very well. The handle is probably the most ergonomically comfortable handle I've used. It has no metal liners, but instead is all G10 construction aside from the lockbar. Extremely strong lock up. I wouldn't recommend things batoning wood with it since it is a folder, not a fixed blade after all. But for daily tasks and up to cuts that are a bit more hearty it holds up quite well. I haven't run into any issues in the 8 months or so since I bought my first one. I've bought 3 more since then if that tells you anything about how I feel this knife performs. Be aware that there is no pocket clip if that makes a difference to you. Personally I don't like them, so it's never bothered me to just throw it in my pocket, or to use a belt sheath, but I for some it can be a deal breaker. All I can say is, you'll be missing out on an exceptional knife if the pocket clip keeps you from buying this one.
