It is impossible to beat a Mora knife for the quality of the product and the impossibly low price. Made with high-quality but affordable steels like 12C27 and high-carbon alloys, they offer excellent edge retention and in the case of the stainless versions, exceptional corrosion resistance. The robust Scandi grind found on their knives stands up to hard use, too. Basic handle materials like polypropylene and durable but affordable plastic sheaths make them perfect for camping, hiking and other outdoor pursuits. Low cost and low maintenance but high in quality, a Mora knife like the Basic 511, Eldris, Companion, Garberg or Kansbol is a sure bet.
