Let me start by saying this knife purchase came down to the Kunwu X Tao and the Flytanium Arcade…I wish I had purchased the Kunwu X Tao. I really had high hopes for the Arcade. I’m a HUUUUUUGE shark lock and Demko fan. I own over a dozen Demko AD 20’s and 20.5’s combined, and I love them. My chief issue with the arcade is the sharpness of the scales. I mean the top edges are super sharp and the underside edges aren’t much better. I’m not sure why this wasn’t address in the QC process but after some research, seems as if I’m not the only one unhappy about this. It’s so bad that it will have a pretty limited role in my edc rotation. The access to the shark lock seems a little tighter compared to my 20.5’s but still very usable. Maybe Flytanium should bring a premium chamfered titanium version to the market with an ooh so ever, slightly taller shark (fin) lock. That would be awesome. Guess I’ll be looking at the X Tao again for my next purchase.
