    Excellent sharpener

    The KME doesn't have all of the bells, whistles, gears & knobs that some of the others do - at double the cost - but it does the exact same thing. The diamond stones put a nice, consistent, VERY sharp edge on your knife with minimal effort. I've been sharpening my own knives for years, but this is my first "guided" system. I watched a few KME videos, practiced on a couple of budget knives - getting a “feel” for the system - then put a relatively expensive, hard-to-sharpen knife in the clamp as a test. Took my time & it worked beautifully – and it continues to do an excellent job for me. The KME is a solid, proven, easy to use system with diamond stones & an excellent price – It even includes a Sharpie! *Some tape is also recommended (lol).
