  • When will my order ship?
    • Your order will be shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Can I track my order?
    • When we print your shipping label you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

      International customers will not be able to track their packages unless Express mail was purchased.
  • How long will it take for the package to arrive?
    • Most US packages will arrive in 3-4 business days. There may be extended wait times during holidays.

  • What is Route Package Protection?
    Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.  Package Protection can be added during checkout.

  • How Does Route Work?
    If your Route-protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team will help ensure that it is replaced or refunded as preferred at zero cost to you.

  • What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
    To protect your order against loss or theft, add Package Protection at checkout.

    If your order has not arrived, please file a claim with Route here.
  • What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
    To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.

    If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and its packaging to include in your claim when filing.

    If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

  • How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
    If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

    You can also file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address attached to the order.

  • Does WMK accept returns?
    • White Mountain Knives makes it easy for you to return a product that you’re unhappy with. Any returns within the USA will be free (within 60 days of initial purchase), and we will provide a prepaid label (at request). Returned items must arrive in unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued for the item’s purchased price, or an exchange for an item of equal value.

      *If an item is returned in poor or used condition, it will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.

      *Do not attach shipping label directly to the manufacturer's packaging.

      *Items purchased through payment plan will be refunded without the initial 25% deposit.

      White Mountain Knives strives for excellence, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is shipped damaged, or you’ve received the incorrect item, do not hesitate to contact us. We’ll send you a shipping label free-of-charge and issue a full refund.

  • Does WMK ship internationally?
    • Yes, we do ship internationally. We are not allowed to export the following brands: Benchmade, Zero Tolerance & Leatherman.

  • Does WMK offer discount shipping to Canada?
    • Yes. Canadian customers can pay the U.S. shipping cost and we will ship your package via First Class mail for $5.95.

      Priority Flat Rate for $11.99, Regular Priority for $22 or Express Mail for $28.95.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • Credit Cards, Paypal & US Postal Money Order.

  • When will my card be charged?
    • Your card will be charged as soon as you complete the check out process.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    • We are tax free in New Hampshire.

  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    • We try our best to make sure orders are shipped complete.

      In the event that we have shorted you an item please contact us.
  • An item is damaged.
    • Contact us for assistance. We will exchange the item or send a refund if the item can not be replaced.

      WMK will pay for the return shipping cost.

  • Is your website secure?
    • Yes. This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

  • Do you offer discounts on large orders?
    • Yes. On order of $1000 or more we can offer a discount. Contact us for information.

  • Do you offer Coupons?
    • Yes. If you sign up for our newsletter we will occasionally offer coupons.

  • Are your products covered by the Manufaturers Warranty?
    • Yes. All of the name brand products are covered by the manufactureres warranty.

      Most of the products will contain warranty information in the box.
