Love this knife. Currently my favorite Spyder out of the 10 I own.
Added the Flytanium aluminum ball cage, ceramic ball and lighter spring. That mode made a huge difference.

A heavy, solid, work knife. The jimping on the handles is a bit excessive and it will chew up your hands, but it still feels amazing. Works very well with gloves because of that. It's a beefy boi not a gentleman letter opener.

The action is unique and has a certain feel of strength. Opens and closes crossbar-lock smoothly, yet clicks in with authority like a backlock.

Only possible drawback is that the tip seems very sensitive for harder use and the spydie hole should have been chamfered better at this price point. Otherwise fit and finish is on point.
Highly recommended folder, worth every penny.
