I have seen Two Suns chef knives 100s of times while looking through all there knives at WMKs but really didn't need one till recently. I started cooking and needed an all in one kitchen knife. This baby is perfect. A six inch cutting blade in a reverse tanto like shape, good steel and very sharp. It feels balanced and comfortable to hold and slice with. Raw veggies, meat, in cuts everything with ease and is built Two Sun quality. Comes with a sweet gift like box I use for storage and a thin plastic sheath to cover the sharp part. Love to cook now that I can use this fine blade. What a deal. If you get one, wipe food grade mineral oil on it each time you put it away.
