I am quickly becoming a fan of Twosun. With the purchase of the TS81 being my third Twosun, I was again impressed with the fit and finish of their knives. This piece operates beautifully without any adjustment on my part. The G10 milling is gorgeous and the edge was very keen. It deploys snappy and drops shut. It is quite comfortable to carry and is very fidgity. I have a couple more Twosuns on order from their homeland. Great knife!

One of the best budget knives around

For the actual value of the product, this knife is a solid 5 stars.

I like to compare these older model TwoSun knives to other knives in a car sort of way -
These are the '69 Chevelle SS's of the knife world.
They're big, they're heavy, maybe a little flaw here and there, but damn if they ain't pretty!
As usual, this model is solid as a rock and the action is unbelievable.
I found a little machining burp on the pivot end of the blade, but it's not visible when the knife is assembled and at this price, who cares. Everything else is perfect.
The only knock on this knife that might turn some people off is she might just be a little bit too textured in the scale department. But hey, if you're standing next to a creek and you're looking for a good washboard to wash your socks out with, look no further than the TS81!
Bottom line - may not be the most sensible EDC knife, but if you get hit with the collecting bug (I'm still in the early stages of the affliction), you have to pick up some TwoSun knives. They are beautiful and the action is as smooth as a greased trout.
