Great chef's knife using my fav blade steel made from 14c28n. Blade is tall with a full flat grind making for a very slicey blade which came very sharp and utilizing a full tang. The handle is G10 and has a fine texture combined with a ergonomic handle. Keeping this sharp will be a breeze running it over a strop every 3 uses or so. I had been waiting a long time for this 6.5" model to be available, well worth the wait.
