I was wanting a fifth pocket carry for small tasks and the TS314 sure fit the bill. After researching other small knives I chose this one based on the blade shape. It's an awesome little slicer that came plenty sharp. I thought it was a hollow grind at first but it just gives that impression due to the shortness of the wharncliffe-ish blade combined with the swedge and lazy plunge grind. Another feature that attracted me to the knife was it's forward choil, allowing for a comfortable 4 finger grip on my medium sized paws. The only thing I might nitpick on are the scales which feel somewhat cheap (apparently some kind of resin). They do have a nice diamond pattern milling that's super grippy which I like. So, for the price, it's a very minor nitpick I can overlook. Plus it's 14c28n and the pivot collar makes it look like the bottom of a bullet casing. Cool!
For slicing through cardboard. plastic straps, clam-packs, and such things this small guy is awesome.
This is my first TwoSun and its a good little tool. I like the style of blade. It’s very functional for work/utility use. I will say it does need sharpening more often then my others but was expected bc of the steel. Handle is (bone color) nice shaped especially in reverse grip or pull cuts…If its G10 it feels more like GFN in my opinion. Its definitely more rigid in the hand then other G10 I have. Knife was very “well lubricated” and action is good out of the box. After I cleaned and redid lubricant it was even better. Its not the smoothest but still good. Size overall is good for a fifth pocket or secondary. Its a little stubbier then the Kizer Lieb. That is the only comparison I will do between the two. Kizer Lieb is more $$ and shows why in every way in my opinion. Not knocking just a reality. Overall this TwoSun is a functional-solid tool for the $.
